History
Kithood
Tumblekit was trouble from the start. He was born to two loving parents; WindClan's deputy, Stagstride, and the caring kitbearer, Mousetail. It seemed like, as soon as his eyes opened for the first time, he'd already begun to start mischief around the nursery along with his littermate and partner-and-crime, Rumblekit. While he did wind up causing a lot of trouble for his family, he still loved them and made sure to show it when he could.
Apprenticeship
Tumblekit had been looking forward to his apprenticeship throughout nearly his entire kithood, and when the day of his ceremony finally rolled by, he was about ready to burst. He was appointed the warrior, Hummingbirdheart, as his mentor, and given the name Tumblepaw to acknowledge his progression from kit to apprentice. Once his ceremony concluded, he was eager and thrilled to meet his mentor and start his training.
However, his glee was short-lived. Shortly after the ceremony, his mother, Mousetail, collapsed in WindClan's camp. Tum, along with the rest of his family, worried for her health, rushed to her side. He remained optimistic, telling himself that she'd be fine, she just needed to see the medicine cat, though a splinter of worry remained in his mind. Luckily, after some time,, Mousetail seemed to make a recovery and things fell back into a sense of normalcy.
Tumblepaw was excited to learn, but simultaneously, wanted to play and cause mischief like he did as a kit. After all, there was nothing stopping him... It was only after he showed up to a few training sessions, tired and burnt out from shenanigans conducted the previous day, that his mindset began to shift. How could he become the best warrior WindClan would ever see if he couldn't even focus on his training? Reluctant but determined to become a great warrior, Tumblepaw began to put more focus and effort into his mentor's teachings and making time to have a bit of fun on during break days and at times that wouldn't come back to bite him later.
The remainder of Tumblepaw's training went smoothly, for the most part. Nothing of particular interest happened, and the rambunctious tomcat managed to control his composure long enough to succeed in his assessment and to proudly be made a warrior. The newly-named Tumblestone was ready to take on the world.
